Kathyrn Baines
Role: playerKathryn plays in midfield. A good laugh and a strong attacking player. Uses her own car to ferry some of us to games but we'd rather not follow behind her there for fear of getting caught on those speed cameras! I think that's where the name 'Speedy' comes from...

Nicola Cartwright Nicola plays in the centre of defence. A good strong player providing the corners and free kicks; Nicola has bailed the defence out more than a few times! Nicola is now the longest serving member of Kirklees Ladies; a very loyal player. Nicola is now back from a nightmare injury and is starting to enjoy her football once again. Best mention Nicola's mum and dad who always attend our games - top loyal supporters!

Christine Curry
Age: 20
Role: playerNow a seasoned player with Kirklees Ladies Christine has settled into the side easily and has already produced some fantastic solo efforts weaving in and out of players before unleashing some fantastic shots on goal. An excellent player utilised in both midfield and upfront, Christine is a tremendous asset to the club. After being out for a short spell due to a knee injury Christine has come back and started where she left off - in the thick of things! A bit disappointing for the lass after Irelands unlucky defeat to the Spanish, but thanks to Korea she's back on form!

Sara Ginley
Role: playerGoalkeeper - apparently has a very nice arse...that is according to her boyfriend! Sara doesn't tend to streak much so we will perhaps get a snapshot of her rear in the showers! Ok maybe not... Sara has been with the club for several seasons and throughout that time has produced some fantastic saves where you would have placed money on it going in. A good organiser of the defence and has had alot to contend with especially as Stovesie tends to give away penalties against Norton and then expects Sara to save them! A great character with a permanent smile and a great butt, enough to put any striker off! What sort of a nickname is 'Ginners'?
