A happy new year to all our players and parents-and a special welcome to our two latest recruits Luke Scott and James Smith.
Many thanks to those parents who volunteered for Kitchen Duty at the recent home fixture.

First of all many apologies for the cancelled fixture on Sunday-we were not informed of the decision to cancel due to a waterlogged pitch, which was made on the Saturday.

Other forthcoming events

As you know, we are running a two-squad system, the Lions and the Tigers. We will be taking the Lions to the Scottish Amicable Festival @ Nottingham on the 28th and 29th March, the squad will be Calum Beasley, Joe Tidd, Stephen Hickey, Morgan Phillips, Dean Adamson, Edward Stallwood, Mark Woodward, Josh Graham, William Davies, George Olney, William Wade, and George Diffey
WE are 95% certain that both squads will be playing in the South Bedfordhire Festival, which is at Bedford this year.
WE are also seeking other fixtures to put in place, to maximise playing time for both squads.

Coaching Corner

The skills of the boys are really improving as the season progresses, so keep it up! Our emphasis moving to the Bedford Festival will be on Rucking Mauling, managing contact, starts and restarts. If any Dads and Mums want to play a more active role please get involved-don your tracksuit and come and see us coaches , and if you do have any questions don't feel shy-contact us
Tuesday nights will continue until the end of the season.
