Edinburgh University Staff Cricket Club Home PageThe Edinburgh University Staff Cricket Club playsevery Saturday from May through until September in the East of Scotland Cricket League. The 2001 season saw us win Division 5 and so 2002 will find us playing in the 4th Division. Home matches are played at the University's sports ground on Peffermill Road while away matches are played throughout Lothian and Fife. This season we'll be playing 100-over games - generally starting at 1pm. In addition, we also play a series of matches on Tuesday and Thursday evenings throughout the season (6pm starts). These are mainly friendly games but they do include the Masterton and Parks Trophies. The season is generally preceded by indoor nets, with outdoor nets taking place every week or two throughout the season.
