LOASS FC, which is short for the Leyton Orient Advanced Soccer School, was formed in 1997 and is based  at the community programme at Leyton Orient Football Club in the East End of London. We currently field league teams at U/7, U/8, U/9, U/10 and U/11. We also have teams at U/12, U/13 and U/14 who play friendly fixtures throughout the season against professional and local club teams.

Here at LOASS FC we consider ourselves to be first and foremost a Player Development Centre, with winning less important than the progress of the individual player. We hope to help each player develop to their full potential and to go on and play at the highest level possible that they can achieve.

Our aim at LOASS is to :

* To make the game enjoyable and fun

* To help develop confident and skillful players

* To encourage creative play

* To encourage good sportsmanship and behaviour

All our staff are fully qualified Football Association coaches and help players to develop their skills by working to a structured coaching programme, they have also been specially trained to deliver the Coerver Coaching system which is an innovative skill-development programme and is recommended by a number of the worlds top coaches.

If you would like to recommend a player or would like  further infomation please feel free to contact us by e-mail or by telephone on 020 8556 5973.

* Our Thanks To Steve Cole and all at Ponders End Trading Ltd for all their help and support throughout the season * Thanks to Brian and Bernie at Waldon Fruit Ltd for their kind and generous sponsorship of the U/8's teams
