RAIN CANCELS FIXTURE FOR THE SECOND WEEK ?John Sadler Friday, March 23, 2001 22:21 GMTIt's raining men....ohh no, not again ! Our home fixture against Fulham has been cancelled this afternoon by the groundsman. That's twice in consecutive weeks a little downfall on Friday has postponed our games. We believe it is a bit of lazyness on behalf of the Park Attendants. A little downpour and they don't want to work... great excuse I say... It snowed a few weeks back and somehow we played on icey surface... beats me! The only good thing that has come out of this postponement is we can watch England smash Finland at The Lounge. Hey I got it.... England is playing tomorrow.... Nah, it's plain lazyness on the Parkies. Well at least they let us know TODAY, unlike last week. Anyway, Squad Members and supporters meet at the Lounge 2pm and enjoy happy hour and a free buffet. C'MON ENGLAND ! 3 LIONS ON A SHIRT... |
