 DYER DESPERATE TO PLAY

Newcastle and Enlgand star Kieron Dyer is desperate to be given his chance to prove his quality at international level.  Dyer is hoping to play a part in Englands vital, final group game against Nigeria.

Dyer, who has trained night and day to be fit for the World Cup said he was delighted that his close friend Trevor Sinclair made such an impact but was disappointed not to play himself.
