7.30PM - PERFORMANCE AGAINST PLAN - Review of Strategic Plan Process by Francis Baron, Nick Eastwood, Finance Director, Terry Burwell, Director of Community Rugby and Operations Department and Graeme Cattermole Chair of Management Board.

This evening is part of the RFU Roadshow presently travelling around England. The aims of the Roadshow are to deliver the first annual report on the RFU Strategic Plan to club officials whilst also providing local coaches with some high level input from senior coaching staff.

Jon Callard's name speaks for itself. Jon enjoyed a long playing career with Bath RFC and England. On finishing his career as a player Jon moved into coaching and has been involved with Bath RFC for a number of years where he progressed to the position of Director of Rugby. He brings a wealth of experience with him and is sure to deliver an interesting and thought provoking session.

This is a great opportunity for coaches to develop their knowledge.
