Devizes u16s have teamed up with Swindon u16s to create a formidable partnership that has already beaten last season's champions, Melksham.
Their Coach, Richard Merrett, told me "I was particularly pleased for the lads when I overheard a spectator complimenting the skills of the Devizes players and commenting that 'Those Devizes boys are not here just to make up the numbers either'. We have some good young players and now they'll have the fixtures as well."
