WORSE RESULT, BETTER PERFORMANCE!Simon Shipwright Friday, June 21, 2002 14:53 GMTSAD MAD BAD V SILENT MONKEY V HOT SHOTS The team for the night was Tess, Pete, Simon, Llinos, Stuart R, Gerlinde & Mark J. Pete won the toss and choose to play second. Hot Shots beat Silent Monkey 3-0. To summarize our two matches, coz it reads pretty much like the last two weeks. Pants Good Good 2-1 against Silent Monkey Very good Pants Brilliant (except when we were 14 - 9 up and lost the game 15 -17) 1-2 against Hot Shots. PotM this week, could have gone to Tess or Llinos but IMHO STUART R just pipped to it on the strength of his serving. |
