Two keepers set to leaveAdam Bell Thursday, May 31, 2001 10:01 GMT

Jim Jefferies has revealed that Aidan Davison and Matt Clarke will be leaving this summer and that he wants to sign an experienced keeper.
Jefferies has also stated that he would like to sign a younger keeper as he bids to strengthen the goalkeeping department at the club.
Clarke is expected to leave Valley Parade to join Bolton within the next couple of weeks and that could leave City a little threadbare if Davison moves on as well.
"Davison's agent has been in touch and he says that he wants to play regular first-team football next season," said Jefferies.
"I want to sign a new keeper to put some pressure on Gary Walsh and I would also like to sign a younger keeper."
The City boss has hit out at Clarke and confirmed that he does not figure in his plans for the new season.
Clarke claimed that Bolton were a bigger club than City when he joined them on loan, but Jefferies said: "The Clarke situation developed from himself. He made some outrageous statements when he went to Bolton but if he wants to go there now then that is fine as he is not in my plans."
Meanwhile, Clarke has pleaded with City not to wreck his chances of a move to The Reebok Stadium.
He said: "I know Bolton are keen to sign me along with a few other clubs and I hope Bradford don't go back to playing silly games again. I think it is best if I part company with Bradford."
Geoffrey Richmond says that no deal has been agreed for Clarke yet, and the agreement with Bolton was only for the loan period.
"They simply wanted him on loan but there is a chance they might want to sign him on a permanent basis now. But no deal has been agreed yet," Richmond said.
