Stuart McCall and Andy Myers will not face action from the Football Association having already been fined by City for their 'fall-out' at Leeds. So thanks to Geoffrey Richmond they have escaped punishment.
Following the pair's much-published spat at Elland Road on Sunday, the Football Association have confirmed that no further action will be taken against them.
Bradford's decision to fine them both two weeks wages within 48 hours of the incident, seems to have made up the FA's mind, especially as there is no video footage of the incident, in which Myers was said to have punched his captain in the face.
That is something of a relief to City, as if the FA had decided to act, they could have handed them suspensions ruling them out of the early part of next season.
Both McCall and Myers though can expect a letter dropping on their doormat soon, warning them as to their future conduct.
