Season Ticket Deadline ExtendedAdam Bell Tuesday, May 01, 2001 11:39 GMT Ticket deadline extended City have extended their discount deadline for season tickets to the end of May, and they have announced a surge of sales in the last fortnight. The club have announced that they had sold 6624 season tickets by the close of business on Sunday, whilst 723 25-year season tickets have been sold. It represents a fall in terms of the season ticket sales at the same time last year, but after a difficult season in the Premiership which has culminated in relegation, that was almost inevitable. Now the club have extended the deadline for discounted season tickets to Thursday May 31 in a bid to improve sales even further. |
