TRIALS - JOIN POSH LADIES

PETERBOROUGH UNITED LADIES will be holding trails for the ladies and juniors on Sunday June 9th and 16th respectively.

LADIES - Sunday June 9th at Bushfield Sports Centre. The trials start at 9.30am and finish at 4pm.

Players must be aged 14 years and over

TRIALS FORMAT:

9.30 - Meet 9.30am in reception and talk given of day ahead; about the club etc.

10.00 - Warm-up and fitness

11.00 - Skill work and small sided games

12.30 - LUNCH

1.30 - Squad preparation for 11-a-side game

2pm - 11-a-side game

JUNIORS - Sunday June 16th at Bushfield Sports Centre. The trials start at 10.30am and finish at 2pm.

Players must be aged between 10 and 13 years old

TRIALS FORMAT: As the ladies but over a shorter timescale.
