Transfer Requests RejectedIt is news like this which I do not like to inform you of,there has been three official requests for a transfer away from the club.Two of these requests have come from academy regulars and the other from an academy squad member.Although at this time I am not going to name the players involved I can tell you that all three contribute a huge talent to the team and it would be a huge shame to let any of them go.It is for this very reason that all 3 requests have been rejected.
Emley's manager last night commented "It is always difficult to know what the right decision is,if I let them go we will lose 3 great players and if I don't let them go it'll create an 'atmosphere' in the camp.I only hope that the situation is resolved within the club and that the whole team continue to do their job properly."
The club is in danger of losing players to professional clubs at the best of times,but at the current time this loss would be devastating.
