Veterans needed for new Wasps team

Subject: Witnesham Wasps Norfolk Suffolk Veterans league

As advised previously the club has entered the Norfolk & Suffolk Veterans league for the forthcoming season.Home matches will be played at Rushmere Sports Club, we are in a league as follows with matches being played every three weeks:-

WITNESHAM

ROYAL HOSPITAL SCHOOL HOLBROOK

CLAYDON

BRAMFORD

COPLESTONIANS

HOLLESLEY BAY

We have the first three fixtures as follows:

Sun 1/9/02 v RHS at Holbrook ko 2.30

Sun 22/9/02 v Claydon at Rushmere ko 2.30

Sun 13/10/02 v Lowestoft Railway Cup at Rushmere

What we don't as yet have is enough players!

Would you therefore please let either me or Mark Sturmy know if you are interested in playing for the Wasps veterans this year either on an occasional basis or regular which at most will be once every three weeks for some leisurely and fun football. All players have to be 35+ on the day of the match and we must be registered by the August bank holiday weekend. If you have any friends or contacts who might also be interested please let us know details also.
