Administrators can maintain a the selection for each fixture.

To maintain selection click 'Fixtures' in the menu which will bring up a list of existing fixtures.

Click on the fixture you would like to maintain the selection for and then press 'Selection' on the page displayed. Then click on 'Update'.

For each position in the team there is a list box containing all available players. These players will have all previously had to be set up in the 'Members' area of intheteam. If a player is not in the list it could be because of one of three reasons:

Once all selection is complete the selection can be emailed to all club members who have an email address set up in the members database. The email can be modified before it is sent out to add extra information. The selection screen will then be updated with the date and time the selection was emailed.
