FORMER Middlesbrough junior rider MARK HARRISON has been in touch via e-mail. Mark rode for the Cleveland Bays in the Academy League in 1994 and was also part of the team in 1995 that disbanded, he later went on to ride for Buxton before retiring.
He runs a newspaper distribution company in his home town of Gilberdyke, East Yorkshire.
Mark says he really misses his Thursday nights at Cleveland Park and if it was still open would probably still be riding as he loved the place and the people.
