We've Won Something!!

At the end of what has been a difficult season for Interpon Bensham Arms FC, the league AGM last night brought some silverware our way.

Not one to blow my own trumpet, mainly cos I don't understand how this has happened, the runner-up in the stakes for Secretary of the Season was yours truly. Having missed as many monthly meetings as I've attended, and played only a handful of games, this award seems somewhat strange.

Plus the fact that I had to rope in the league secretary for a spot of unexpected babysitting when we had a shortage of players!!
