Tottenham Hotspur had started the race yesterday, as Diouf`s club, Lens, wanted £11 Million from them. El Hadji Diouf also plays for Senegal and will probably be playing in their first World Cup game against France on Friday. Spurs need Diouf as the midfield position needs more strength. |
