West Ham announced their new manager on Wednesday, Glenn Roeder. Roeder who was brought in by previous manager Hary Redknapp as a coach takes the job after the boards initial promise of a big name, top class manager. The likeable Londoner takes the job after a stint as caretaker manager where his team lost the game 2-1 away at Middlesbrough. He has a reported 15 million pounds to spend although many fans are unhappy of what looks like a step back for the club. Chairman, Terrence Brown has made a statement declaring that all season ticket holders can get a refund of their money if they are not happy with the appointment, the results are yet to be seen.
