HEAT SUMMARY
Pickering and Burrows gate, only for Burrows to go wide on the final bend of lap 1, allowing Eriksson to go under him. Buzz again goes wide on the 2nd bend of lap 2, allowing Henry through.
 Won from the gate.
 Again, won from the gate.
Andersen makes the gate, only for Morris to pass him on the inside entering the straight on lap 1.
Eriksson gates, ahead of MacDonald. Henry falls, while lying 3rd, on the 3rd bend. Atkin, at the back, goes wide to avoid Henry, only to slide into the fence. Henry excluded, while Atkin thankfully is on his feet after a few minutes.
In the re-run, Eriksson wins it from the gate.
 Won from the gate.
Good value heat. Felton excluded for touching the tapes, and replaced by Armstrong. Morton in as tac sub for the Monarchs. Armstrong gates superbly, followed by Morton. Armstrong goes wide on the final bend of lap 1, allowing Morris through, on the inner, past Morton. Morton hounds the Potters duo, as they try to team ride him out, until he runs wide, and falls, on the final bend of lap 2.
 Won from the gate.
Monarchs pair win it from the gate. Atkin, in last, comes a cropper early on lap 3, and then retires with engine problems.
Pickering gates, and Burrows follows him, by squeezing through past the Edinburgh duo, on the 2nd bend.
Eriksson makes the gate. Morris gives chase, but just fails to get by, despite riding a lovely tight inside line.
Armstrong is excluded, at the start, with chain problems. Felton replaces. Morton just outgates Atkin. Felton is holding 3rd when he falls (and remounts) on the 1st bend of lap 2.
Cracking race. Monarchs pair lead from the gate, with Andersen leading. Morris then goes by Eriksson at the end of lap 1, with Pickering doing likewise at the end of lap 3, with Eriksson then grinding to a halt. Meanwhile, Morris passes Andersen on the 2nd bend of lap 4, to take the win.
Andersen in as a golden double tac. sub. McDonald makes a super gate, while at the back Andersen soon gets past Armstrong. However, Andersen can make little impression, and Armstrong re-takes him at the start of the final lap.
Shields makes the gate, but Pickering goes by him on the final bend of lap 1, for the win.
