City to sign wizard of OZ

Aussie winger set to sign

Jim Jefferies is trying to sign winger Dino Mennillo, who has has been on trial at Valley Parade from Australian NSL side Wollongong Wolves.
The 25-year-old has impressed in training, and Jefferies is hopeful of him joining City in time for pre-season training.
The National League Down Under finished last Friday night, and although Mennillo has struggled this season with injury and illness, he is highly-rated and is keen to try his luck in English football.
The City boss said: "He's looked good whilst he's been with us; he's a natural left winger and that's one position we're looking to fill, and there probably wouldn't be a major outlay to get him."
Although Australian, he has an Italian background, so there would be no need for a work permit.
Mennillo is an Australian youth international and cites David Ginola as his favourite player in English football.
