CarParking Truce & Guest for Sam

Kevin George  Friday, May 25, 2001  12:28 GMT

NORMAL parking services will be resumed for disabled fans for Monday's home clash with Oxford Cheetahs.

Club bosses met with East of England Showground staff for a clear-the-air discussion this week over the problems that have blighted recent home matches.

Normal season ticket holders will have to use the perimeter parking facilities but it has been agreed that disabled supporters will be able to drive through and park close to the grandstand.

Panthers chiefs were unable to confirm that there will be no more problems in future but are satisfied that, for the moment, an agreement has been reached.

Belle Vue's Australian star Jason Lyons has been booked to guest for Panthers on Monday in place of the injured Sam Tesar.
